Returns

If you are not happy with your order or the goods were damaged during transport,
you can simply return them to us free of charge
specifying the reason and your order details.

Warning for item 14853 or 49485 (battery for backpack sprayer 441)

The batteries supplied with the SOLO battery-operated sprayer type 44101 or 44102 (item no. 14853) and the batteries supplied as accessories (item no. 49485) have occasionally malfunctioned, resulting in damage to the battery (smoke development and burning or even battery fire). Batteries manufactured up to 2021-02

are affected. Find more information here.
