SOLO Shipping and payment conditions

Prices and terms of payment

1. Unless otherwise stated in the seller's product description, the prices quoted are total prices which include the statutory value added tax. Any additional delivery and shipping costs will be indicated separately in the respective product description.

2. In the case of deliveries to countries outside the European Union, further costs may be incurred in individual cases for which the seller is not responsible and which are to be borne by the customer. These include, for example, costs for the transfer of money by credit institutions (e.g. transfer fees, exchange rate fees) or import duties or taxes (e.g. customs duties). Such costs may also be incurred in relation to the transfer of funds if the delivery is not made to a country outside the European Union but the customer makes the payment from a country outside the European Union.

3. The following payment options are available to the customer:

– Payment by credit card

– Payment by

Paypal

– Payment by Sofortüberweisung

4. If the "PayPal" payment method is selected, the payment will be processed via the payment service provider PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. et Cie, S.C.A., 22-24 Boulevard Royal, L-2449 Luxembourg, subject to the PayPal terms of use, which can be viewed at https://www.paypal.com/de/webapps/mpp/ua/useragreement-full. This requires, among other things, that the customer opens a PayPal account or already has such an account.

Delivery and shipping conditions

1. For shipping costs and postage we charge a proportional flat rate of EUR 4.50 in Germany, Austria and the Netherlands. Delivery is performed exclusively by DHL. However, delivery to packing stations is not possible.

Shipping within Germany is free of charge for orders over EUR 29.

Standard shipping to Switzerland is EUR 25.

1. Goods are regularly delivered by means of the shipping method and to the delivery address specified by the customer. When processing the transaction, the delivery address specified in the seller's purchase transaction is decisive.

2. If the transport company returns the dispatched goods to the seller because delivery to the customer was not possible, the customer shall bear the costs for the unsuccessful dispatch. This does not apply if the customer is not responsible for the circumstances that led to the unsuccessful delivery or if he was temporarily prevented from accepting the offered service, unless the seller had given him reasonable prior notice of the service.
