The eFOG 480 cold fogger delivers approved active ingredients as an ultra-fine, targeted fog into every corner: mosquito and fly control, cockroach and bedbug control, room and surface disinfection, plant protection in greenhouses, and stock protection in warehouses and silos. Thanks to variable droplet sizes and airflow, the fog reaches cavities, shelves, and false ceilings – quietly, wirelessly, and emission-free. Droplet size matters – precision in µm
In cold fogging, drop size is what counts: it determines range, suspension time, and deposition on surfaces. The SOLO eFOG 480 cold fogging device uses a patent-pending high-pressure pump to generate ultra-fine spectra – DV50 23.5 µm, DN50 10 µm, DN10 4 µm. This allows it to operate in the range from fine mist to fog and comes very close to the values of thermal fogging devices – emission-free and quiet.
The cold fogger can be precisely adjusted to the application via the nozzle, pressure, and air flow:
- Room & vector control: very fine droplets ~5–20 µm for long suspension time and volume effect.
- Area/disinfection & plant protection: 20–50 µm for targeted wetting without dripping.
